Everyday Moments Planner

renee-timmerman

Hi! Renee here to show you how I utilized the new Paper House Productions Planner: Everyday Moments. I think like everyone is jumping on the new planner craze and I’m so excited about it! Maybe because I’m obsessed with everything planner related. I admit though- sometimes I’m horrible at actually USING it. So I’m giving a new try with this planner!

Planner2

I decided to start with the month of April! What’s great about these planners are they have no start month, so you can literally decide where you want to begin. Each planner come with 3 sticker sheets that are already attached inside the beginning of your planner that coordinate with the planner. The first sheet comes with month labels you can use for the designated month.  So I peeled the month of April off which goes perfectly with the colors already on the monthly spread.

For special days, I wanted to include a picture of them instead of words just to add a different touch to the planner. So I printed off a picture of my niece who’s birthday is on the 9th and my cat ( yes, don’t judge me) on the 19th. The 2×2 size fits  almost perfectly in to the spots.  The other sticker sheets included also have little stickers for birthdays, doctor appointments and other events so I included the little birthday cake on each of their pictures.

I kind of skipped the first week spread because it’s honestly- well not exciting. So I decorated the next one because it included Addison’s birthday!  Again, the pages are blank so you’re able to label however you want- which is great! I decided this week just to use my own penmanship/calligraphy skills to make giant numbers for the dates. Addison’s  birthday I included some fun stickers- also on the sticker sheets from the planner. I loved the aqua color so all the aqua stickers just spilled on to the date.

Each date I also just placed a line to separate the boxes so I could keep my work out written down. I always like looking back and seeing how I progressed with my work outs as well as keep tabs on how many miles I’ve ran.

I hope you enjoyed my look at the planner! I’m excited to keep documenting during the month’s and showing you how I utilize this planner! I also can’t wait to see how you use your planner!! As always, if you want to learn more about Renee, check out my personal blog for more posts of my work!

Anchored in Faith Planner Pages

shannonHope this Thursday finds you well, Shannon here sharing some planner pages with you featuring the brand new {Anchors Away} Planner! You’ll notice my pages aren’t quite typical of planners, but that’s because I am using my planner in a different way. My planner is going to be used as a faith planner. I was so excited to see the {Anchors Away} Planner in the new releases, I love anchors and what they symbolize. I was even more excited when I learned that I would be able to work with this particular planner. This planner is wonderful, the layout is spacious and multi purpose friendly, you can really customize it for whatever way it’s going to serve you.

Here’s a shot of the weekly view. I love the ample space for each day.

Here’s a closer look at the left side. I decided to create some numbers and punch them out with a circle punch.

Here’s a picture of the other side. I really liked the extra space at the bottom for writing notes, goals, lists, etc.  I used a stamp and several of the cute stickers from the planner set. I also used those sweet cupcake stickers form the Sweet Treats Sticker set, the pink hearts from the Pandas Sticker set and also  a potted cactus from the Succulents Sticker Set.

Here’s a closer look at one of the pages. I used a mix of the fun stickers included with the planner. I used some of my sharpie markers to add color. I also used a couple of stamps and some paper from the Baby Girl Banner Paper.

Paper House Productions Planner with Cut File

Here’s a closer look at the cut file insert I created. I wanted a tab at the top that would take me right to my current week. So I used my trusty Pazzles Inspiration Electronic Die Cut Machine and created the insert so that it would pop right into my planner quickly and easily.Paper House Productions March Planner Cut File

Here’s a look when it is popped out o f my planner. I decided to hand letter this sentiment to myself. I used my black pen to outline and color in the letters. I then used some colored pencils, glitter pen and some silk luster for the drops.Paper House Productions March Planner

Here’s what it looks like when closed. I like that I can go right to my current week view.

Planner2

This is my first time working with a planner where the days are horizontal – I actually think I like that better and here’s why: I like that little space to jot down some notes at the end of the week.  I like that it’s at the bottom and not a prominent part of the spread.  Little details, but things you notice as you are going :).

Here’s a close-up of that second page – I loved how the heart stickers coordinated nicely and helped me set the date apart!

Stay tuned for the next couple weeks as we share lots and lots of planner spreads!
